ضربة إسرائيلية تؤدي لمقتل 5 جنود سوريين

 

The official news agency "SANA" reported that five Syrian soldiers were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a military site in the Damascus countryside, near the Syrian-Lebanese border, early on Friday morning.

أفادت وكالة الأنباء الرسمية "سانا" أن خمسة جنود سوريين قُتلوا في غارة جوية إسرائيلية استهدفت موقعًا عسكريًا في ريف دمشق بالقرب من الحدود السورية اللبنانية في وقت مبكر من صباح الجمعة.

 

According to a military source, who was not identified, the Israeli army carried out the strike at around 1:35 a.m.

وفقًا لمصدر عسكري لم يُذكر اسمه، شن الجيش الإسرائيلي الضربة حوالي الساعة 1:35 صباحًا.

 

The strike hit a military site in the Damascus countryside, leading to the deaths of five soldiers and injuring another.

استهدفت الضربة موقعًا عسكريًا في ريف دمشق، مما أدى إلى مقتل خمسة جنود وإصابة آخر.

 

As of the time the report was published, the Israeli military had not confirmed or denied its responsibility for the attack.

حتى وقت نشر التقرير، لم يؤكد الجيش الإسرائيلي أو ينفي مسؤوليته عن الهجوم.

 

On Thursday, the Matribah border crossing, connecting Syria and Lebanon, was also bombed.

يوم الخميس، تم قصف معبر مطربا الحدودي الذي يربط بين سوريا ولبنان.

 

The Israeli army said the bombing was aimed at preventing the transfer of military equipment to Hezbollah.

قال الجيش الإسرائيلي إن القصف كان يهدف إلى منع نقل معدات عسكرية إلى حزب الله.

 

Syrian state television reported that the strike injured eight people.

ذكرت التلفزيون السوري أن الضربة أسفرت عن إصابة ثمانية أشخاص.

 

In a statement, the Israeli army said the attack was carried out by warplanes and targeted infrastructure used by Hezbollah to move military equipment.

في بيان، قال الجيش الإسرائيلي إن الهجوم نفذته طائرات حربية واستهدف بنية تحتية يستخدمها حزب الله لنقل معدات عسكرية.

 

The director of the Matribah border crossing, Iyad Aloush, said that eight people were injured in the bombing, including four customs officials and four immigration officers, according to Syrian television.

قال مدير معبر مطربا، إياد علوش، إن ثمانية أشخاص أصيبوا في القصف، منهم أربعة من موظفي الجمارك وأربعة من الهجرة، حسبما أفاد التلفزيون السوري.

 

A security source told "Al-Hurra" that several civilians were also injured in the Israeli airstrike.

وقال مصدر أمني لـ"الحرة" إن عددًا من المدنيين أصيبوا أيضًا في الغارة الجوية الإسرائيلية.

 

Lebanese Transport Minister Ali Hamieh told Reuters on Thursday that the Israeli strikes hit the Syrian side near a small bridge that serves as a crossing point to Lebanon.

قال وزير النقل اللبناني علي حمية لوكالة رويترز يوم الخميس إن الضربات الإسرائيلية أصابت الجانب السوري بالقرب من جسر صغير يشكل معبرًا إلى لبنان.

 

He added that it was not immediately clear if the crossing was still operational.

وأضاف أنه لم يتضح على الفور ما إذا كان المعبر لا يزال صالحًا للاستخدام.
